I can't hear my drums!

Scentences, like the one above, were to be heared many times yesterday. Yep, our band recorded. The band with the wonderful name "Angriffsbagger". It was stressful in some ways, as it took us forever to get the technical issues resolved. Once we got over those we were rocking though! We finished one song really well and did pretty decent on 2 others. We'll record again next weekend then, which hopefully will give us decent recordings of all the songs we have.

I wasn't able to run this weekend. I have been sick all week and thought it would be of no use. I will sit out this week too, unless I feel good on the weekend. Today I am not coughing anymore and my nose is fine too, so I am having hope I can get myself in shape again on the weekend. :-)

So I finally got it again then. I got very well through the winter though, only 2 times my throat was kinda scratchy, but without anything bad happening. This week I did develop a wonderful cold though again and I am not too happy. I wanted to go to practice (band) today but I had to cancel on my part. We are recording this weekend though, so practice would have been good. It is fine though, it could be worse.

I also wanted to go get shots on monday, but I suppose that has to be postponed another week. Getting a whooping cough shot now doesn't sound like such a good idea. ;-)

The week has treated me well so far though, I am happy. I saw a couple of good soccer matches, got some work done on a webpage that we had been meaning to publish for years now it seems! But well, it wasn't my fault so far that it hasn't seen the light of the internet world. I need to do a little more hacks on it but what it lacks mostly is content. Nothing I am responsible for!

Anyway, I will be off to get home here in a bit. ACHOOOO Hehe, just kidding. ;-)

Yawn

I almost missed getting up for work today! That was the first time in the 7 months I have been working here so far, and the first time I recall that has happened, really. Even during my time in school I didn't have that kind of problem. I felt quite bad yesterday though and could barely fall sleep and I suppose I was so tired in the end that I just didn't hear the alarm. And it is quite a loud alarm, let me tell you that!

My mom woke me up at 10.40am then, an hour after I usually get up. I also usually need an hour to be awake, but today I made it alright in minimum time. I left the house at 11.20am and I had a shower and a quiet breakfast too. I was quite proud of myself!

I also sent my first package of personal things to the US today. It was quite a huge package and cost € 60 to send, but it has lots of stuff in there I need, so I am glad it is on its way. I'll send the next one in a few weeks then.

By the way, I was only 2 minutes late for work then. :-)
