Ending State of Offi

So it is coming close now. Just a few more days and I will be done with work. Precisely 8 days that is. I am not just excited because it will mean I will soon leave for the US, I am also excited because at this point I am quite sick of work. I have been ever since February, which marks a rather long time frame. I am sick of being the only one working in the cafe, I am sick of constantly having the late shift, I am sick of working holidays and mostly I am sick of never getting paid in time. So my excitement for the 16th of June is rather big.

Besides that the World Cup is going on. Also, the Red Wings are in the Stanley Cup Finals. So lots of exciting stuff is going on, making the wait for July 15th a little easier. Afterall, it is only 39 days...

And another weekend...

My weekend was pretty good, despite having had quite a rainy sunday. Saturday was pretty nice though, and I went biking. It is the second time I went biking in a long time and I sure liked it a lot. It probably is my second favorite sport. Running is still my favorite but I seem to have less and less time for it.

The rest of that day then I went into a cleaning frenzy and got my room all nice looking. It needed it badly too. Sunday then was more of an indoor day since the weather was just rain, rain, rain and rain. I watched the Monaco F1 Race (which is always a feat) and then worked on some programming.

Tomorrow I have to go to the doctor again to get another shot and maybe blood drawn.

Whoops!

I got new info on our gig today and it will be on the 22nd of June, not in a week as we feared / thought. So well, all is fine and we have tons of time to prepare and maybe do some new songs. :-)
